Before and after treatment your tooth shade will be assessed and recorded. During treatment vitamin-e oil will be applied, followed by the placement of a plastic re-tractor, which will be used intraorally to assist with keeping the mouth open and the soft tissues (i.e. lips, gums, cheeks and tongue) retracted. Soft tissues will also be covered to ensure they are not exposed to whitening gel.
